Welcome to the support for home learning page for Class Three.
In the initial stages, keep checking back as more work is added. We intend to refresh this work weekly now that schools across the country are closed. You can also find age-appropriate, educational activities on Purple Mash, in class 3 this will include to-dos which will be set each week and that Mrs Tyson will mark and respond to.
When isolated at home, it is recommended to establish a routine. We recommend accessing learning each day as part of this routine. It is also important, wherever possible, that children access fresh air and exercise daily too. If you have one, some time spent in the garden each day will be a vital part of maintaining both physical and mental health. Children should also read both independently and with their families frequently while not in school.
Children in class 3 can also research our new topics of volcanoes and rocks using safe searches. They could present this information as a poster or information leaflet on Purple Mash and share it to the Class 3 display board.
