Welcome to Belah Class.

I am so glad to welcome the new Year 1 children and to welcome back some of Year 2.  Our timetable for the day is as follows.  The class will be taught by Mrs McKenna on a Tuesday for half a day each week for my planning time.  PE will be on Wednesday afternoon, lesson 2 and Friday afternoon, lesson 1. Children will need their PE kits in school throughout the week wherever possible.  Earrings must be removed for PE. Phonics and reading are key areas of learning this year, so our main homework is reading. The expectation is that children read three times per week at home. However, as the year progresses, some homework will be set.
